King Mac and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Ordering from us
When you place an order online with us, you will receive an email confirming your order and giving details of the items you have purchased. This automatic confirmation email does not necessarily mean we will be able to fulfill your order. We retain the right to withdraw products from sale at any time and to refund in full any payment made.
Delivery
Most deliveries will require a signature, so please make sure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel. If you would like your parcel to be delivered to a work address, please enter it in the delivery address form when you place your order. Our courier will make one delivery attempt only, after which your parcel will be held at the local depot for collection.
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will not be able to re-send it. In those circumstances, we will refund your original payment minus your delivery charge. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Payment
We only accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club.
Currency
We accept payment in South African Rand ZAR only.
Invoicing
The price you see is the price you pay. An invoice will be available as soon as your order status changes to complete on your account page.
Cancellations
To cancel your orders please notify us quoting your order number.
If your order has been dispatched or delivered when you decide to cancel your order, please read the returns information.
Returns – Faulty items
While we aim to bring you The Coolest Lifestyle & Technology Macs range of items from King Mac, we understand that sometimes you might end up with a faulty item. We will not accept returns if a item is purchased incorrectly, only if an item is faulty.
We will take back and evaluate your item as long as you:
- Book your return via the contact page.
- Return each item in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories or components.
- Include your order number with your return parcel.
Once your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, you will hear from us. Please note that when you return an item, the extent of your refund, repair or replacement will depend on various factors as detailed in our refund policy. These include the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how the item was purchased.
We aim to process your return within 1-2 weeks. Please note that this may take longer if we need to work with a supplier, authorised dealer or repair agent.
Electronic Communications
When you visit King Mac or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All items purchased from King Mac are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery by the carrier.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to King Mac or to products you purchase through King Mac shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in SOUTH AFRICA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate King Mac intellectual property rights, King Mac may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any Provincial court in SOUTH AFRICA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
